1. Who operates this project
Video Scheduler Lokal is an independent project operated by dhawo as an individual project operator. “Video Scheduler Lokal” is the project name and is not a separate legal entity. The public information website is available at https://aplikasi.cekharga.shop/. For privacy questions, email brothercell5758@gmail.com or contact the operator through WhatsApp (+62 895-2123-4567).
2. Information handled by the website
The public website is a static information site and does not provide user registration, a user account, an online video uploader, or an online TikTok connection form. The website code supplied with this site does not intentionally use advertising trackers, analytics scripts, or third-party social media embeds. The hosting provider may process routine technical request data such as IP address, browser or user-agent information, requested URL, and timestamps in server or security logs. Hostinger's own terms and privacy information govern its hosting operations.
3. Information stored by the Windows application
The desktop application is designed to store information locally on the Windows computer where it runs. Depending on how you use it, local information can include:
- Video names, stored filenames, file paths, file sizes, MIME types, and related metadata for videos you choose.
- Captions, titles, scheduled dates and times, selected privacy or interaction options, and schedule status.
- Application settings, identifiers returned by TikTok, publishing identifiers, error messages, and operational log entries.
- OAuth-related values needed to connect to TikTok, such as a Client Secret, access token, refresh token, expiration time, and temporary authorization state. In the secure Windows version, these secret values are intended to be protected using Windows Data Protection API (DPAPI) before storage in the local SQLite database.
Local storage means these application records are not automatically uploaded to a server operated by the project merely because you use the application. Anyone who can access your Windows profile, application folder, database, video folder, or log files may be able to access some locally stored information. Protect your Windows account and device.
4. When information is sent to TikTok
If you configure TikTok integration and authorize the application, the desktop application may send the information required by the selected TikTok API operation. This can include your authorization token, account identifier, caption and settings, and the video bytes or a reference to video content. TikTok processes that information under its own terms and privacy policy. Content is not sent by this website; it is sent only when the desktop publishing workflow is configured and used.
TikTok API features require appropriate product configuration, scopes, user authorization, and any applicable TikTok review or audit. Authorization does not guarantee public posting or successful publication.
5. Purposes and legal basis
Information handled by the desktop application is used to organize the selected media, save schedule settings, connect to TikTok when configured, attempt the user-requested API operation, and display the returned status or an error. Where applicable law requires a legal basis, processing is based on your request to use the software, your authorization, compliance with legal obligations, or legitimate interests in maintaining and securing the project and website.
6. Retention and deletion
Local records generally remain on your computer until you remove them or delete the relevant application data. Use the application's available controls to delete videos or schedules and disconnect OAuth. To fully remove local data, you may also need to stop the application and delete its local database, video files, configuration-related files, and logs from the application folder. Deleting local application data may be irreversible. TikTok may retain content or authorization records under its own policies. Routine website server logs are controlled by the hosting provider's retention practices.
7. Sharing and disclosure
The project does not sell personal information. The desktop app's local records are not intended to be shared with the project operator. Information is disclosed to TikTok only as part of a configured, user-authorized integration, to the hosting provider as needed to serve the website, or where disclosure is required by law or reasonably necessary to protect rights and security.
8. Security
The secure desktop version is designed to protect OAuth secret values using Windows DPAPI, keep raw secrets out of normal frontend responses, and avoid logging authorization query parameters in full. No security measure is perfect. Do not share credentials, screenshots of secrets, or local database files. If you believe your account or credentials have been exposed, revoke or rotate them through the relevant provider when possible.
9. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or other treatment of personal information. Because the desktop data is designed to remain on your device, you can usually view and delete those local files directly. For questions about the website or project, use the contact address below. We may need to verify a request before responding.
10. Children
This project is not designed specifically for children. Users must comply with the applicable age and eligibility rules for Windows services and TikTok.
11. International processing and changes
Website hosting may involve processing in the regions used by the hosting provider. TikTok's processing is governed by TikTok's policies. We may update this policy as the project changes, and the effective date above will be revised when changes are made.
12. Contact

13. Third-party services
TikTok is a separate service. Please also review TikTok's Privacy Policy and applicable TikTok developer terms for information about their processing.
